Reservations

Simply contact us via the Book Your Party link above. We will be in touch to get your reservation under way.

Required Space

Teepees w/mattress measures 48” wide, 74” long, 66” high.

Bell tent circumference is 16.5’ wide and 10’ tall, but requires a 25’ area to allow for staking.

Sorry but we do not move furniture, yard decor, etc. Area should be ready for setup when we arrive.

Linens and Pillows

For hygiene reasons, pillows are not provided for children to sleep on, children should bring their own pillow. The cushions provided are to be used as decoration only.

Bed linens and equipment are washed and sanitized after each use in an allergy-free detergent.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations at least 7 days prior to the day of the party will receive a full refund of the security deposit. Cancellations after this period are not eligible for a refund of the deposit.

Rescheduling will be subject to availability. In order to receive credit for the original security deposit you must reschedule at least 7 days prior to original party date. Rescheduling within the 7 day window will require an additional security deposit.

Once within the 7 day window, no refunds will be extended for cancelled guests. We can set up the additional teepee(s) for a sibling(s) etc., in another room of the house if desired.

Payment

When you make your reservation we require a refundable security deposit ($100-teepees, $200-bell tent). This serves to hold your reservation as well as covers any damage to equipment. Deposit will be returned to you within 72 hrs once it is determined that all equipment was returned in original condition.

We will contact you on the Monday before your reservation date. The remainder of your payment will be due at this time.

We accept payment via Venmo and PayPal. Cash is also an option but arrangements must be made and payment received by Monday of the week of the party.

Damage to Rental Equipment

Damage includes but is not limited to rips, stains, breaks, cigarette smoke scent, animal hair/smells. In order for us to maintain high quality linens we ask that you refrain from smoking around rental equipment and keep pets away.

In the event that a rental is damaged (including smoke or animal smells that will not come out), the amount to replace that rental will be deducted from the deposit refund. If the rental cost is higher than the deposit amount no refund will be extended.

Food and Beverages

We kindly ask that only clear liquids and dry snacks be consumed in the tents. Please no colas or greasy foods. Accidental spills may result in stains that irreparably damage linens and require them to be replaced.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup are included in the price of your rental. Delivery will be made on the day of your event and times will be coordinated prior to party day.

Pickup will be on the day following the event at a time agreed upon by both parties.

Issues and Concerns

In-Tents Celebrations is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur in or around rental products.

If party is held at a public venue, all reservations/costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
